E-Alert:
Automatic Email Notification

If you put it there,
they'll know it. Automatically.

Dartfishnet can automatically alert users by email of changes to the site. Changes like a new calendar event, or a new video post. Users simply click on a link in the email notice and go right to the new content.

When you add new content to a Dartfishnet network, you have the option of sending an email notice to users that new content is there. You simply check the "Send Email Notice" checkbox when adding or changing content, and everyone on the email list gets an email announcing the addition or change.

And, because viewing content is controlled through rights and privileges, as well as protected with usernames and passwords, only users with the proper rights will get email notices.

For example, let's say there is a calendar set up for coaches only. Only coaches have the right to see the calendar and events. When a new event is posted to the coach's calendar, only coaches will get a email notification.

Think of the time you'll save sending and forwarding emails.

Alerting users is so easy with Dartfishnet. As simple as:

  1. Add new content
  2. Check "Send Email"
  3. Click Save.

An email is sent to everyone on the email list about the new content.

Email notices are only sent to users on the email lists you make.
